Staring At THIS Can Hurt Your Self Esteem

You better think twice before staring at your homegirl’s selfie.  According to a new study, frequent viewing of “selfies” is linked to decreased self-esteem and life satisfaction.  They say, someone  who is frequently viewing photos of smiling faces and giddy expressions may question why they aren’t having as good a time as those people. And that can lead to decreased self-esteem and life satisfaction.
